European Knowledge Centre for Mobility – your one-stop-shop for mobility projects
Erasmus+ KA1 project – finalising your mobility project? What is important?
Let’s continue our mobility journey with more tools for the evaluation phase. After you organised the preparation and implementation of the project,
the last step is all around quality checks and the validation of the acquired learning outcomes.
More on the Toolkit 'Evaluation':
Demonstration of evaluation methods for sending and host organisation
The final quality check and assessment of the learning outcomes is a good way to receive feedback from all participants of the mobility project.
Therefore, the finalisation includes two major forms of evaluation:
- The evaluation of the mobility in general. Here, all groups have the opportunity to assess the previous mobility though broad questions on social
skills, overall experience of the other participants and other information.
- The validation of the learning outcomes acquired abroad. Here, the hosting organisation is assessing the participant’s performance that has been
negotiated through the Learning Agreement before the mobility phase.
How to do the evaluation?
Next Webinar “Validation of learning outcomes acquired abroad”:
If you need some more information for the evaluation process, you can also join our webinar. There, Udo Lut from the Regional Education Centre Landstede
and member of the Dutch national team of ECVET experts will talk about useful ways of assessing learning outcomes. The webinar will take place at the
20th of February, at 4pm C.E.T., and every interested person is invited to join us!

Templates:
On our website, you will soon find evaluation templates for each partner of the mobility project that you can use to successfully finalise the mobility.
Tutorial Assessment:
How can I assess the beneficiary’s learning outcomes? We are producing a video that gives some examples on how the assessment of learning outcomes can be realised.
Relaunch of our website
As you might have recognised already, our website is currently accessible via another page. Our colleague is working on a new design that will make it easier
to use the European Knowledge Centre for Mobility-page.
On that page, there will also be a database that is going to support you in preparing the learning outcomes. Also, it will include a feature that will automatically
transfer the defined learning outcomes into the Learning Agreement form, so you can easily print it. To support the acquisition of beneficiaries, the website will
also contain an online tool. This tool will prepare beneficiaries for their (intercultural) experiences abroad.
We are looking forward to relaunch the website in the beginning of 2018.
You want to become one of our quality organisations?
One part of the European Knowledge Center is the facilitation of partner search on the basis of clear information about the placement offers and shared principles for quality mobility projects. Also you can become a member of this community.
